Who can join the training sessions?
Your membership is for your household! So all members of your household can train together, using the one screen and login.
Where can I train?
How do I start?
Simply select the program that best suits your needs and click “JOIN NOW” to get started.
You will be able to sign up online and receive your schedule via email. In it you will find Zoom links to all your classes.
What equipment do I need?
Depending on the classes you attend, you may need a foam roller and resistance bands. These are offered at a discounted rate for program attendees, if you need them.
Do I need weights?
How long do the classes go for?
Classes run for 30-45 minutes. All sessions include warm and activation prior to commencing the workout to ensure you’re ready to move.
When do the classes run?
We run a variety of classes to accommodate different schedules. Check out our current sessions in Australian Eastern Daylight Time on the information page relevant to each program.
If I can't make the class time, can I do the workout later?
Yes! If you are not able to join us for the live class, just ask, and we can send you the recording, so you can do the class at a time that suits you.
What if I don’t know the movement?
As all classes are live and interactive on Zoom, each movement will be demonstrated first and you will be coached on how to perform it correctly to maximise effectiveness and prevent injury.. If you are still unsure you can ask questions whenever you need during the work out and the coach is always available to answer them.
What platform is used for video conferencing?
We are using Zoom for all our virtual group training sessions. Anyone can access this platform at no cost. The Zoom web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting, and is also available for manual download here.
