She knows what it takes to train at the highest level and understands that when you’re training towards a high-level goal, lifestyle factors must be considered when programming the journey.

“Our lifestyle outside of training shouldn’t be the reason we don’t achieve our goals. Everyone deserves a chance to see what their body is truly capable of.”
Cross Training FAQs
What if I don't have access to a gym?
DP athletes meet up at various times to train together as a group. However, there are times you will have to complete some on your own. Alternatively, we have affiliations with various gyms in the Sydney region and can help you find a gym to suit your needs.
I don't know if my technique is right
If you’re unsure about your technique, book a free 15-minute consultation by emailing info@dimistraining.com, and we can discuss concerns you have. You can also organise a private session to help you work on those specific movements.
What if I can't do the movements prescribed?
Athlete programs are customised to fit you and your abilities. We all have to start somewhere and before your cross fitness program is planned or you start training with other athletes, an interview will take place to discuss strengths and limitations you may have.
How often is training?
Training is 5-6 days a week with options to train multiple times a day, and each session can run between 1 hour to 90 minutes. Sessions are broken up into days where you complete work in your own time and days when you are with your coach or other DP athletes. This will be determined after your initial consultation.
