Following the best powerlifting program will enhance your absolute strength, ensure you’re in peak condition for competition and improve your squat, bench and deadlift.
Who is the powerlifting program for?
For athletes looking to compete in powerlifting competitions and improve their 1RM in the squat, bench and deadlifts. It’s also ideal for those wanting to boost their overall body strength for their chosen discipline.
Do I have to compete in powerlifting competitions?
No, this plan isn’t solely for competitive powerlifting. However, if your goal is to compete, then your coach will help plan your journey by selecting suitable competitions — guiding you on how to peak for a powerlifting meet at the right time.
Are all powerlifting programs customised to my needs?
Only for those following the 1 on 1 customised plans. For those who are, you should send a video of your squat, bench and deadlift for review and your current 1RMs. After your videos have been reviewed, you will receive your custom powerlifting plan between 2-5 business days.
Training is 3-5 days a week, with the option to add multiple sessions to specific days. Each session can run between one hour to 90 minutes and are planned based on your lifestyle and the time you have to commit to the program and your goals.
How do I start powerlifting?
Option #1
Head over to our powerlifting training program and join the 1 on 1 customised program. Once we’ve received your interest, we will contact you to book your free consultation. We will discuss your goals, current fitness level and any limitations that may hinder your ability to complete certain tasks and movements.
Once enough information has been gathered, the best powerlifting workout plan is created for you in one-month training cycles. Your program is sent within 2-5 business days and released in one-week increments at the beginning of each training week, allowing for any adjustments to be made prior to the release of the next week.

Choose either a four-week or 12-week template plan from our powerlifting program. You will immediately receive a download with your template program.
What equipment do I need?
For powerlifting athletes, it’s essential to have access to a barbell and weight plates, a bench, and a squat rack with safety pins for use on heavier days.
How will I receive my powerlifting program and get feedback on my performance?
1 on 1 Customised Plan
Your program will be shared with you on Google Sheets with allocated cells to input your results and make comments for review. You will work with your coach directly and have access via email and text message so you can ask questions and send videos for review. This ensures you’re moving correctly and continuously progressing.
Template Plans
Access to feedback on your performance isn’t part of the plan. However, should you have any questions regarding the powerlifting workout routines and specific movements you’re unsure about, contact info@dimistraining.com. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The first month is a once-off payment allowing you to try the product first. If you decide to continue with the program, a direct debit system will be put in place. You can cancel this at any time prior to the next direct debit by emailing info@dimistraining.com.
