Dimi Poulos
She is well versed in her sporting career with achievements ranging from professional footballer (soccer player); to three-time CrossFit Australian Regional competitor; to weightlifting, holding the title of National Champion in 2018 and 2019 in her weight class.
Having studied a Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning, two Bachelors Degree’s in Sport and Exercise Science, and a diploma of remedial massage, she is highly knowledgeable on how the body moves and responds to training stressors.
Dimi’s knowledge and education combined with her personal experience in elite sports, training and coaching brings multiple perspectives and disciplines together to help improve human performance.
