I have been doing Dimi’s online fitness program for 6 months now. My main goal was to enhance my performance specific to my sport (F45 playoffs). Since starting Dimi has been very supportive, always checking in and setting me new targets every week. My performance has gone through the roof not to mention that my body fat has dropped from 8.9% down to 4.1%. I’m fitter, faster, and stronger and I wouldn’t of been where I am if it wasn’t for the support of Dimi and her online programming.
Dimi has transformed my notion of training dramatically. She’s one of the most intellectual and experienced trainers I know. Under her guidance, I deadlifted three times my body weight and am close to a triple body weight back squat.
